No Software Needed
In order to use Postage™ Newsletter Service, you don't need to install any additional software on your computer. We have already installed and configured everything.
Once you've put the subscription form on your site, just sit back and relax. People will signup without you having to do anything.
Site Visitors
People visiting your website can subscribe for your newsletter, e-zine or any other mailing list. You don't have to do anything, Postage™ Newsletter Service handles the confirmation process for you.
Existing Customers
It is also possible to import a list of your existing customers, or files you create in any type of e-mail program.
Double Opt-In
Postage™ Newsletter Service will send an e-mail to anyone who signs up for your mailing list, requiring them to confirm the subscription. This is called "double opt-in" and is required by law in most countries.
Fully Automated
Subscribing and unsubscribing is completely automated, you don't have to do anything. Just imagine, not having to manually process all those subscriptions.
Every subscriber gets his or her personal e-mail message, delivered personally. Nobody will be able to see who the other subscribers are. Your visitors' and customers' privacy is guaranteed.
Plain Text
You can send a simple plain text e-mail message to your subscribers, making sure that anyone with any e-mail software will be able to receive and read your message.
HTML
But you can also include a so called HTML version of the e-mail. If the recipient has an e-mail program that is capable of showing the HTML version, it will, and give your subscriber beautifully formatted newsletters.
Attachments
If you want to, you can include attachments with your messages. Now you're able to send a Press Release, software update or manual with your e-mail messages.
Public Archive
You can display a public archive of all messages send in the past, so website visitors or potential subscribers can see what they're about to subscribe to, and what you've sent out before they signed up.
